History
Toro Bravo Construction LLC, founded in 2017 by Shauna Bowman and Felipe Facundo, is a reinforcing steel installation subcontractor serving the heavy civil construction industry. Toro Bravo Construction was established to meet the changing needs of our clients by providing all services associated with the supply and installation of reinforcing steel and its associated elements for civil construction. Field services include reinforcing steel furnishing and steel tying operations including installation of epoxy-coated reinforcing steel, paving steel and pre-tied and tie-in-place rebar.
Toro Bravo Construction draws on its more than 50 years combined experience in civil construction to serve public agencies and local governmental entities across the Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas region.

Our supervisors work to instill a positive attitude and safety awareness in their workers through training, personal contact, accountability and regularly scheduled safety meetings. Our safety policies are an integral part of the company’s personnel policies. Compliance with these policies is a condition of employment.
